Responsibilities

·        Identify and evaluate domestic and international suppliers to ensure the best fit for project requirements.

·        Receive and review quotations and pricing proposals from various suppliers.

·        Conduct effective negotiations to secure optimal terms regarding price, quality, and delivery timelines.

·        Monitor the procurement process from order placement through to the delivery of goods.

·        Maintain continuous coordination with technical, financial, and operational departments to align procurement activities with project needs.

·        Prepare comparative reports, document purchases, and archive records for future reference.

·        Assess current inventory levels and plan purchases in accordance with project demands.

·        Oversee the quality of purchased items and ensure proper delivery at project sites.

·        Update supplier information and manage the relevant database to maintain accurate records.

·        Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the procurement process.

 

Requirements

·        A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in procurement, commerce, or logistics within construction projects.

·        Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Word.

·        Familiarity with technical concepts and terminology related to construction materials.

·        Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and negotiation expertise.

·        Highly organized, committed, energetic, and proactive in approach.

·        Ability to accurately document procurement processes for transparency and accountability.

·        Team-oriented mindset with the capability to work collaboratively across various organizational units.

·        Analytical skills to assess supplier performance and make data-driven procurement decisions.

·        Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
