Responsibilities

·        Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall organizational goals and objectives.

·        Lead and manage the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

·        Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent, particularly in startup environments and the crypto space.

·        Design and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.

·        Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, addressing any challenges or conflicts that arise.

·        Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while promoting best practices in HR management.

·        Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve organizational performance.

·        Facilitate performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.

·        Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.

·        Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, particularly within startups and the crypto sector.

 

Requirements

·        Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR role, particularly in startup environments.

·        Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, training, and employee relations.

·        Demonstrated ability to develop HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational success.

·        Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and leading effective teams.

·        Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.

·        Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of business operations and HR metrics.

·        Familiarity with labor laws and regulations relevant to the industry.

·        Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.

·        Experience in the crypto industry is a significant advantage.

·        A strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
