Responsibilities

·        Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.

·        Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster trust and loyalty.

·        Conduct thorough analysis of market trends to identify potential sales opportunities and channels.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored proposals and presentations for clients.

·        Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups.

·        Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions for both the company and clients.

·        Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to stay informed and adjust strategies accordingly.

·        Prepare regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and performance metrics for management review.

·        Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand professional connections and promote the company.

·        Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer needs and preferences to enhance lead generation efforts.

 

Requirements

·        Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role with a track record of achieving targets.

·        Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.

·        Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate ideas clearly.

·        Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a robust professional network.

·        Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.

·        Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities.

·        Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.

·        Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being comfortable working independently.
