Responsibilities

 

·        Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy to drive growth and profitability.

·        Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

·        Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.

·        Lead negotiations for major contracts and partnerships to maximize revenue potential.

·        Monitor and report on the performance of commercial initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.

·        Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and finance, to ensure cohesive operations.

·        Foster a high-performance culture within the commercial team through coaching and mentorship.

·        Manage the budget for commercial activities, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

·        Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network opportunities.

 

Requirements

 

·        Proven experience in a senior commercial role, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.

·        Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

·        Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.

·        Experience in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.

·        Knowledge of financial management and PL responsibilities.

·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

·        Familiarity with digital marketing trends and technologies is a plus.

·        Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
