Responsibilities

 

·        Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive online sales and enhance brand visibility.

·        Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.

·        Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

·        Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and product offerings.

·        Lead the marketing team in creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions.

·        Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

·        Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives and track performance against these metrics.

·        Foster relationships with external partners, including agencies, influencers, and media outlets, to enhance brand reach.

·        Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and identify areas for differentiation.

·        Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate marketing approaches.

 

Requirements

 

·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

·        Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within E-Commerce.

·        Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.

·        Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

·        Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.

·        Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.

·        Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

·        Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and technologies, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.

·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

·        A creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
