Responsibilities

·        Design and implement HR processes and procedures that align with organizational goals.

·        Develop and update company policies, regulations, and internal guidelines in compliance with labor law.

·        Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure efficiency and quality hires.

·        Create and manage training and development programs to improve employee skills and performance.

·        Build and maintain employee motivation strategies to enhance engagement and retention.

·        Support conflict resolution and problem-solving by applying strong emotional intelligence.

·        Monitor compliance with labor regulations and ensure proper documentation and reporting.

·        Conduct performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback systems.

·        Drive initiatives for employee well-being, satisfaction, and organizational culture development.

·        Collaborate with leadership to ensure HR strategies support overall business objectives.

 

 

Requirements

·        Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.

·        Proven ability to design and implement HR processes and policies.

·        Up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, tools, and best practices.

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective interaction across all levels.

·        Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and foster collaboration.

·        High level of accountability and persistence in following up on tasks and commitments.

·        Strong problem-solving ability with a structured and process-oriented mindset.

·        Demonstrated emotional intelligence in handling sensitive employee issues.

·        Experience in drafting regulations, internal procedures, or policy manuals.

·        Ability to create and execute motivation and retention strategies.
