Responsibilities
· Design, lead, and implement continuous improvement projects within the operations unit.
· Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performance, providing analytical reports to senior management.
· Identify operational bottlenecks and propose effective solutions for process optimization.
· Collaborate with various departments to integrate processes and enhance customer experience.
· Execute training programs and cultural initiatives in the area of operational excellence, including methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma.
· Monitor the performance of operational teams and assist in increasing workforce productivity.
· Design and manage performance dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making.
· Lead and manage a team of excellence experts, guiding them in executing key projects.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by encouraging innovative ideas and practices.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Requirements
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management and process improvement, preferably in the technology or transportation industry.
· Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar applications.
· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Effective team management skills with a proven track record of leading successful teams.
· Ability to adapt to rapid changes and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Knowledge of operational excellence methodologies and frameworks.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
