Responsibilities

·        Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the home appliance industry.

·        Manage and oversee the performance of sales representatives and regional sales managers.

·        Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.

·        Conduct regular visits to sales territories and representative offices to ensure compliance with company standards and performance metrics.

·        Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

·        Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness.

·        Set sales targets and monitor progress towards achieving them, providing guidance and support as needed.

·        Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

·        Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

·        Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales performance.

 

Requirements

·        A minimum of ten years of experience in a managerial role within the sales sector, preferably in the home appliance industry.

·        Proven track record of successfully increasing sales and achieving targets.

·        Strong network within the industry, including relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.

·        Experience in selling products to neighboring countries and understanding their market dynamics.

·        Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse sales team.

·        Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.

·        Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and partners.

·        Ability to travel frequently for site visits, meetings, and industry events.

·        Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.

·        Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
