Responsibilities
· Develop and implement comprehensive paid marketing strategies across various platforms, including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
· Manage end-to-end execution of paid campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
· Continuously analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and improve key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
· Conduct A/B testing and rapid iteration cycles to refine campaign strategies and maximize effectiveness.
· Create and maintain detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
· Build repeatable acquisition playbooks that can be utilized for future campaigns, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to leverage new opportunities for growth.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy execution.
· Utilize AI tools to enhance campaign targeting, optimization, and reporting processes.
· Manage budget allocation across channels to ensure optimal spend efficiency and performance.
Requirements
· Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong track record of successful paid campaign management.
· Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
· Experience with A/B testing methodologies and rapid iteration processes in a marketing context.
· Familiarity with AI tools and technologies that enhance marketing performance.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· A data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
· Experience in international campaign management is a strong advantage.
