Responsibilities
· Develop and implement the company's long-term strategic goals and objectives to drive growth and profitability.
· Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to inform strategic decision-making.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with overall business objectives.
· Lead the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential acquisitions.
· Oversee the development of financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
· Communicate the company’s strategic vision to stakeholders, including employees, investors, and partners.
· Monitor and assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, providing recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
· Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote its strategic interests.
· Mentor and develop a high-performing strategy team to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.
Requirements
· Minimum of 6 years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in the e-commerce or technology sectors.
· Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies that drive growth.
· Strong financial acumen with expertise in business financing and budget management.
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market insights.
· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey strategic plans to diverse audiences.
· Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration across departments.
· Ability to think critically and strategically, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
· Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends within the e-commerce industry.
· A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
· Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving strategic objectives.
